📣 January-March 2026 Field Review Update

The Cumberland County Assessor’s Office will continue to conduct field reviews as part of the 2027 Reappraisal Plan.

During this quarter, our team will be reviewing over 3,600 parcels across multiple areas of the county through the end of 2025.

Why You May See Us in Your Area

These visits are part of the required review cycle and help us ensure our information is accurate, fair, and up to date.

This includes confirming exterior characteristics, updating photos, and verifying property features.

We will also continue making visits for new construction and additions (pickups), just as we normally do across the County (not just in these listed areas) . However, if your home is part of this upcoming review cycle, and we complete your field review now, you will likely not be visited again until the next reappraisal cycle unless an issue arises or you request it.

📍 Where We’ll Be Working

We’ve attached a map showing the areas included in this round of reviews. Because the map can be difficult to interpret, we have also created a complete list of the road names that fall within this phase of the review.

Our office works by map sections, not strictly by road, so we want to make this as easy as possible for property owners to understand.

👉 You can find the full road list below:

👉We will also update this again near March 2026 with the next set of areas our staff will be reviewing.

🚗 How to Identify Our Field Appraisers

For your safety and peace of mind, all field appraisers will:

Carry an official Cumberland County photo ID badge

Drive clearly marked Assessor of Property vehicles (photos above)

Be able to explain the purpose of their visit

Never enter your home or enclosed areas — exterior review only

If you ever need to verify a staff member, please call our office and we will confirm their identity.
